Why Do Houston Agents Join Houston Properties Team?

Updated

Bottom line: For three things a solo agent cannot buy in Houston: appointments booked from the team's leads, a success team on the paperwork, and coaching that checks the work. Houston Properties Team has served 3,000+ Houston families since 2002.

What does the success team take off your plate?

Six functions, each owned by somebody whose job it is. Transaction coordination from contract to close, compliance included. Listing preparation and management, so a listing goes live without you formatting it. Marketing and content: your listings and your name, published and promoted every week. Client and database care, with 36,000+ people nurtured so past clients come back to you instead of to a stranger. Lead follow-up by the inside sales team, every lead answered fast, qualified and booked onto a calendar. And office and communication, the small things that eat an afternoon.

AI support agents work 24/7/365 behind them, and a full-time human success team owns the six functions. This is the work that disappears from your plate on the day you join.

What does one agent's move look like?

Holly Hernandez joined Houston Properties Team producing $2M a year and doing every job in the business alone. With team leads, a booked calendar, a success team on the paperwork and weekly coaching, she grew to $30M a year in sales volume. The first months were the slow part, because learning where a file lives and who checks it costs hours before it saves any.

Brittney Coyle, Senior Partner, puts her own move in one sentence: "I started as a $2M producer, and with their support, training, and leads, I've grown my business to over $15M."

How does the team work day to day?

Houston Properties Team runs on five values: Accountable, Care, Coachable, Knowledge and Transparency. They decide who we hire and how we run meetings. Coaching has teeth: a weekly squad meeting run by a leader who still sells houses, live script practice, call goals reviewed every week, and time blocking that gets checked.

Every week the team stops for Holler Time and names the people who did the work, out loud, by name, in front of everybody. It is the part of the meeting nobody skips.

What does the team promise?

Appointments

525+ leads a month come into this team. Our inside sales team qualifies them and books appointments onto your calendar.

Economics

Real Brokerage has a cap: $12,000 for individual agents, $6,000 for agents on a team, $4,000 for agents on a team with over $100M in volume. Before the cap you keep 85 percent and Real Brokerage charges 15 percent. After the cap Real Brokerage's share is 0 percent and a flat fee per transaction remains. Stock awards and revenue share as well. No monthly office fees.

Support

AI support agents around the clock, plus a full-time human success team across six functions. We build the AI tools other teams wait to buy.

Questions & answers

What do Houston agents ask about the team?

Who books the appointments on a Houston real estate team?

On Houston Properties Team an inside sales team qualifies every incoming lead and books the appointment onto a member's calendar. That is the difference between a lead and an appointment, and it is the question most Houston agents forget to ask, because both words get used as though they meant the same thing.

A lead is a name. An appointment is a person who agreed to meet you at a time. The gap between the two is hours of calling, and whoever does that calling is the person deciding how your week goes. Ask who does it, how fast they answer a new inquiry, and how many attempts they make before a lead is set aside.

What does the success team take off a Houston agent's desk?

Six things: transaction coordination, listing preparation, marketing and content, client and database care, lead follow-up, and the office work that eats afternoons. Houston Properties Team staffs each of them full time, so a Houston agent spends the day with clients rather than formatting a listing at midnight.

The list matters less than the ownership. Every one of those six has a person whose job it is, which is what makes the work actually leave your desk rather than move to a slower queue. Ask any team you interview which of the six they staff, who does each one by name, and what happens to it when that person is away.
