Who runs this site

This site is published by Houston Properties Team, a real estate team operating under Real Broker, LLC in Houston, TX. It is written for agents considering joining the team.

The join form

The site collects one thing, a message from an agent who wants to talk. The form asks for your name, your phone number, and which situation your practice is in. There is nothing else to fill in and nothing optional.

What you send is stored by this site and delivered to Houston Properties Team — including the customer-management systems the team uses to keep track of conversations — so that somebody can answer you. It is not sold, and it goes to no one else.

Server logs

The web server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs. Each entry records the page requested, the time of the request, the IP address the request came from, the browser's user-agent string, and the response the server returned. The logs are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are being fetched, including by search engines and other automated crawlers. Log files are kept for no longer than 90 days.
