What happens between the closing and the payment?

Then the bank. Standard bank processing times apply, and the same page says it may take up to three to five business days from the paid at date before funds reach your account, depending on your financial institution. Nothing on it promises payment on the day of closing or the day after.
What does Real Wallet change?
Real Brokerage's answer to that wait is an account it runs itself. The brokerage says you have access to your money faster than traditional banks (Real Wallet help center page, last updated March 2026, read September 2026), and its launch announcement puts the same claim in the company's terms: Real Wallet lets agents reach their earnings sooner by eliminating delays caused by legacy brokerage and banking systems (October 2024).

A credit line. The phrase sits on the Real Wallet page, where the brokerage offers same-day access to the cash flow you need through Real Wallet Capital (read September 2026). That is borrowing against income you have not yet been paid rather than a commission arriving sooner, and the two get run together often enough to be worth pulling apart.
So the timing question has three separate answers: when the brokerage issues payment, how long a bank then takes, and whether an agent qualifies to draw against a file before it closes.
